ORDERS & RETURNS

PICKUP POLICY

Pickup location is at 132 Hulme Street, Mt Holly, NJ, 08060. Open Monday through Saturday from 8am to 5pm EST. Closed on Sundays and on public holidays, online orders made on these days or after 4pm will be processed the next business day.

Pickup is usually ready within an hour of confirmation. Please wait for a pickup notification to avoid disappointment or contact us prior to your arrival. For curbside pickup, upon arrival, call 609-288-6857 and our staff will greet you outside after they're done tending to other customers.

ONLINE RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

If you have any feedback regarding your online purchase, please contact us immediately or within 24hrs of receiving the order. We will do our very best to make it right as our satisfaction guarantee.

Please note that all refunds can only be processed back on the same card or mode of payment used.

IN-STORE RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

We strongly encourage all customers to check their purchases before leaving the store.

 

If you have any feedback regarding your in-store purchase, please contact us immediately or within 24hrs of the receipt timestamp. Due to the time-sensitivity of perishable goods, all decisions involving refunds and exchanges are made at the discretion of the store manager.

All returns must be accompanied with the original receipt, government-issued identification and with the items in original condition (e.g. uncooked, unopened, uncut, etc.).
